Working in networks
Network-based interactions are an extremely effective way of realising sustainable learning. Such a network is formed by a group of enthusiastic pioneers who want to make a difference within your organisation. The participants come together in groups in which they inspire one another, share experiences, and, with a specific aim in mind, experiment in practice. They work under the guidance of IRISZ with the body of thought that is appropriate to the learning questions they are asking. In this way, ‘learning together, from and with each other’ acquires real meaning.
Range of services per network
We recognise various networks, each of which has its own relevant themes. In consultation with you, we choose one or more subjects that are relevant to your present development need. Together, we determine the depth and breadth of our handling of the themes as well as the desired results. Naturally, your wishes are paramount when it comes to deciding such practical matters such as the number of meetings, the number of participants, location and dates.
