General conditions

Delivery conditions
All information provided by the customer is handled in the strictest confidence by IRISZ.
The materials made available during the guidance activities become the property of the participant.
Unless stated otherwise, IRISZ owns the copyright to the course materials.

Cancellation conditions
We aim to perform every assignment as agreed. In circumstances beyond our control, or in the event of there being fewer than the minimum number of participants, IRISZ retains the right to cancel the course or workshop.

A customer may cancel a confirmed booking for a course or workshop free of charge within seven days of signing the order form. Thereafter the booking is legally valid and the assignment will be carried out in accordance with our general conditions. After the lapse of the seven-day period, cancellation is possible and the costs of performance are payable by the customer.
