The architecture of the leadership
One of the most important conditions for realising innovation is good quality leadership. This development is possible only if the leadership grows in tandem with the education that is structured according to the IRISZ principles. In other words, the leader is the system thinker in action! This person makes it possible for leadership to be developed within the organisation and not just in a person: sustainable leadership.
Leadership at all levels
Leadership spreads out through the organisation when the people involved have the scope to realise as much leadership as they are capable of handling. The same applies to children. Children are capable of much more than is usually supposed.
How do we want to give children more leadership? An example.
Children are very able to make their own deliberate choices about which work tasks they want to do at which point in the day and with whom. This, too, is the development of leadership. This situation also enables them to develop a willingness to help, like leadership an important value.
